CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that things come up, but out of respect for our stylists we kindly request that changes to your appointment take place 48 hours or MORE before your scheduled appointment. No shows, day of cancelations, or if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment will result in a $75 service charge.
